Team packets may be picked up before coaches dinner (4-5 p.m.) in the East Indoor Club on Thursday, May 29. Coaches may expect to find the following in each packet: athlete credentials, final instructions, coaches’ credentials, relay cards, competitor’s numbers and pins.

Tickets

Tickets for the 2008 NCAA Mideast Championships may be purchased through the Razorback Ticket Office (800-982-4647). Prices are as follows: $20 – two-day reserved ticket; $15 – single-day reserved ticket; $15 – two-day general admission ticket; $10 – single-day general admission ticket. Senior or student ticket pricing will not be available for the event.

Media/SIDs/John McDonnell Field Press Box:

The press box seats 100 and is equipped with wireless internet. Results will be distributed and extra copies will be available. Live results will also be available at www.hogwired.com or www.ladybacks.com. At the end of each day of competition full packets of results and heat sheets for the next day will be available.

Credentials for SIDs, media and photographers can be requested by emailing Molly O’Mara, media coordinator for the event, at momara@uark.edu. NCAA guidelines will be followed in regard to credentialing members of the media and photographers. Please specify if you will also need a parking pass. The deadline for requesting credentials is Monday, May 26, at 5 p.m. CST.

SIDs – By Friday, May 23, please send Molly O’Mara (momara@uark.edu) a roster (name, year, hometown/high school) with all of your participating athletes and coaches as well as a pronunciation guide. If you want your notes to be copied, please send a PDF file to momara@uark.edu NO LATER THAN 5 p.m. CST on Wednesday, May 28. Notes sent after this time will NOT be copied.
