No. 20 Arkansas swept Saturday’s doubleheader against Northern Iowa and South Alabama, downing the Panthers 7-4 in game one and routing the Jaguars 10-4 in the nightcap at Bogle Park.

Battling until the final event, the defending champion Razorbacks came up short of claiming another NCAA Indoor championship as Texas Tech totaled 50.5 points for the team title with Arkansas runner-up at 41 points.

Arkansas successfully defended its indoor national championship with a 55-50 victory over Florida on Saturday, producing the initial NCAA team title for Razorback first-year head coach Chris Johnson in the process.

Arkansas returns to Bud Walton Arena this week and has a huge test on its hands as No. 12 Arkansas hosts the No. 1 Oklahoma Sooners on Sunday.
