2013: Lauren Montgomery has established herself as one of the go-to pinch-hitters off of Mike Larabee’s bench. She doubled and tallied an RBI in her first collegiate at-bat vs. Tulsa on Feb. 16. She has four RBI in her 16 at bats this season while registering an on base percentage of .333.   

HIGH SCHOOL: Montgomery started three years at Cypress Ranch High School in Cypress, Texas. She was unable to start her freshman year because the high school did not have a team. She was a 3.8 student and a first team All-Academic performer all three years of her varsity softball career. She holds the school home run and RBI record with 12 and 35 in a season respectively.

PERSONAL: Born on March 22, 1994. Her parents are Greg and Tanna Montgomery. She majors in Kinesiology and plans to be a high school teacher and coach one day. Favorite athlete is Albert Pujols.
