FAYETTEVILLE - Senior All-American Jaime Pisani is the No. 1-ranked gymnast on floor for the fourth consecutive week, setting a school record for consecutive weeks and total number of weeks in the top position for any event.
Former All-American Casey Jo Magee was ranked No. 1 in the country on beam for three weeks in 2010 and senior Mariah Howdeshell was No. 1 on bars for two consecutive weeks earlier this season.
Pisani leads the country with an average floor score of 9.925.
She has 14 individual event titles this year with five coming on floor. Pisani has recorded a 9.90 or better 18 times this season, including seven times on floor.
In addition to her No. 1 ranking, Pisani is also No. 6 on bars and No. 16 on vault.
Sophomore All-American Katherine Grable is one of just three individuals in the country to rank among the top five in more than one event. She is No. 4 on vault and No. 5 on beam. She's also tied for No. 21 on floor.
Howdeshell is No. 11 on bars.
In the all-around, Grable is No. 6, Pisani No. 10 and junior Jordan Salsberg is tied for No. 34.
Grable is tied with Pisani for the team lead in individual event titles with 14.
Overall, the Razorbacks are No. 7 in the nation this week in the GymInfo rankings.
Arkansas is No. 5 on bars, No. 6 on vault, and No. 9 on beam and floor. Since entering the year with a No. 11 preseason ranking, the Razorbacks have been in the top 10 every week during the season.
In the South Central Region rankings, Arkansas is No. 2 overall, on bars and beam, and No. 3 on vault and floor.
Individually on vault, Grable is No. 2, Pisani No. 5 and Salsberg No. 15.
On bars, Pisani is No. 2, Howdeshell No. 4, Grable No. 11, Salsberg No. 16 and freshman Stephani Canizaro No. 21.
On beam, Grable is No. 3 and Salsberg No. 15.
Pisani is No. 1 on floor, followed by Grable in a tie for No. 8, junior All-American Amy Borsellino No. 16 and sophomore Bailee Zumwalde No. 18.
In the all-around, Grable is No. 2, Pisani No. 3 and Salsberg No. 10.
Following two straight weeks on the road, the Razorbacks are home this week, entertaining No. 9 Nebraska on Friday at 7 p.m. in Barnhill Arena. It marks the fourth consecutive top 10 matchup for Arkansas, following meets against No. 5 Oklahoma, at No. 6 Georgia and at No. 6 Alabama.
