Directions

Northwest Arkansas Regional Airport to Holilday Inn Convention Center:

Cross I-540 and turn right on 48th St. The Holiday Inn Convention Center - Northwest Arkansas will be on your right. (479-872-5917).

XNA to campus
Follow the airport road south to its termination at Arkansas Route 264.  Turn left on 264 and wind along the road approximately five miles to the town of Cave Springs.  Route 264 dead ends into Arkansas 112.  At this stop sign, turn right and head south about 1000 meters.  Just past Lake Keith (on the left) and a church, turn left to continue on Route 264 (Lowell, Ark.) to the east.  After another five miles, 264 intersects Interstate 540. Turn south (right) on I-540 and proceed 15 miles to Fayetteville. At the first major interchange in Fayetteville, do not take the Fayetteville business district fork. Proceed down I-540 (Fort Smith) to bypass Fayetteville to Exit 62 - Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd. After exiting, turn left at the traffic light heading east on MLK to campus (left on Razorback Road).

Holiday Inn Convention Center to Barnill Arena
Take Interstate 540 south to Fayetteville. At the first major interchange in Fayetteville, do not take the Fayetteville business district fork.  Proceed down I-540 (Fort Smith) to bypass Fayetteville to Exit 62 - Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd. After exiting, turn left at the traffic light heading east on MLK to campus  Razorback Road). Turn left on Razorback Road traveling past Bud Walton Arena, John McDonnell Track and Field and the football practice facility. Buses turn right on the service road between Donald W. Reynolds Razorback Stadium and the practice football field.

Drake Field (FYV)
Located five minutes from the University of Arkansas campus, Drake Field was the major commercial airport until 1998. Most teams using charter service will use FYV and a full-service FBO is at the field to accommodate charter aircraft. Rental vehicles can be arranged through Fayetteville-based car rental firms to be dropped at Fayetteville Air Service.

Drake Field to campus
On leaving the driveway from the FBO, turn right on US Highway 71 (north). Drive one mile to the interchange between old 71 and 71B. This is the first traffic light north of the airport. Turn left and the road will merge into I-540. The first exit is Cave Springs Road/Razorback Road. Take the exit, then turn right on Cave Springs/Razorback. Drive north one mile, traveling through a four-way stop at Baum Stadium and the Randal Tyson Track Center, then through a traffic light (intersection with Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd.). After the traffic light, the campus begins and athletic venues are located along Razorback Road.

Tulsa International (TUL)
Some teams may wish to use other airlines to reach Fayetteville.  We recommend the use of Tulsa, Okla., rather than Little Rock. Tulsa International is one hour and 45 minutes due west of Fayetteville with four-lane divided highway. Little Rock National is approximately three hours by interstate to the southeast of Fayetteville. Notable among the airlines at Tulsa that do not service NW Arkansas Regional are United and Southwest.

Tulsa International to campus
Go south from Tulsa International on US-169. Follow signs for the Cherokee Turnpike and US 412 East. Take US 412 east from Tulsa approximately 15 miles to the Cherokee Turnpike entrance. The turnpike will bypass US 412 to the Arkansas state line. Two miles from Arkansas, the Cherokee merges with US 412. Continue east on 412 to Interstate 540. Take I-540 south. At the first major interchange, do not take the Fayetteville business district fork. Proceed down I-540 (Fort Smith) to bypass Fayetteville to Exit 62 - Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd. After exiting, turn left at the traffic light heading east on MLK to campus (left on Razorback Road). Please note that there is a toll of $2.00 each way on the Cherokee Turnpike.
