Razorback Fast Track
Many organizations are introducing speed interviewing when there is a high volume of candidates. Razorback Fast Track is an opportunity for student-athletes to practice "breaking the ice" and selling their resume in a fast pace interview environment, at the same time networking with our local employers. The interviews are conducted in a large "speed dating" format by a variety of local human resource professionals interviewing Razorbacks in five-minute intervals.

Razorback CSI (Career Search and Investigation) is for freshmen student-athletes. The program consists of a panel of academic advisors from each college. The advisors provide information and answer questions about the majors in their college.
This workshop for second year student-athletes presents speakers and information about preparing for your future career and making the most of your college experience.
Razorback Finishing Touch
The program is a unique learning experience for senior student-athletes. The evening begins with a workshop in which they learn important aspects of interviewing, dressing for success, and dining etiquette.
The workshop is followed by a five-course meal which allows the students to practice what they have learned. Local employers, including former student-athletes, are invited to the dinner to provide networking opportunities for the students. Student-athletes who attend the Finishing Touch program receive a $300 gift certificate at Dillard's to purchase professional attire.
Dr. Candy Erbe, Career Development Coordinator, is available to assist student-athletes with their resumes. Each semester she presents a workshop specifically designed to help student-athletes prepare effective resumes, and she also meets individually with student-athletes.
TRANSITION is a compilation of graduating student athletes' resumes that is sent to employers and donors each spring.
