FAYETTEVILLE - The University of Arkansas men's tennis team will travel to Statesboro, Ga., to play in the Georgia Southern Tournament this weekend. Arkansas will be represented by junior Pete Thomason, redshirt freshman Christian Lee and true freshman Austin Robles.

"This will be Christian and Austin's second tournament and Pete's third for the fall season," head coach Robert Cox said. "We are excited to see how these guys have improved over the past few weeks and we hope we can go out there and play some good, quality tennis."

The Razorbacks have had a solid fall season thus far. Thomason has claimed two titles, one singles and a doubles at the Louisville Fall Invitational. Thomason has a singles record of 3-1 and a doubles record of 6-1, partnering up with Santiago Munoz at Louisville and Jovan Parlic at the Midland Invitational.

Robles has also had a great start to his Razorback career, taking third place at the UNC-Wilmington Landfall Tournament. Lee also played in the Landfall Tournament in the Flight A singles and paired up with Santiago Munoz in doubles.

Arkansas begins play Friday morning and will play throughout the day. There will be a full recap available after each day of play at ArkansasRazorbacks.com.
