FAYETTEVILLE - The University of Arkansas football team practiced on Wednesday on the UA practice fields as it continued preparing for its Homecoming game on Saturday against Tulsa in Donald W. Reynolds Razorback Stadium.
Defensive coordinator and secondary coach Paul Haynes
spoke to the media after practice and discussed the team’s effort this week.
“Practice has been high energy all week,” Coach Haynes said. “They came out, fought hard, and practiced hard. It is going to be a fun and challenging game.”
Coach Haynes also commented on the defense’s approach for Tulsa.
“We need to continue to get takeaways,” Coach Haynes said. “We challenge our defensive guys to change the game. That and special teams is very important to us. We have to step it up.”
Kickoff for the Tulsa game is set for 11:21 a.m., and will be televised on the SEC Network.

Fans ordering tickets online have the option to print the tickets from home utilizing UA's new eTicket system.
