Razorbacks prepare for South Carolina

FAYETTEVILLE - The University of Arkansas football team practiced on the UA practice fields on Tuesday afternoon in preparation for its game at South Carolina on Saturday.

Offensive coordinator and quarterbacks coach Paul Petrino spoke with the media after practice and talked about the team's preparation for South Carolina

"We had a lot of fire in practice today," Coach Petrino said. "Guys were working hard. Right now we need to go win this one."

Coach Petrino also commented on the Razorback offense going up against the Gamecock defense.

"They play a lot of man coverage," Coach Petrino said. "We are just going to try to go out and compete."

Kickoff for the game at South Carolina is set for 11:00 a.m., and will be televised on CBS.
