Notes:
After a nine-day break between games, the Razorbacks picked up their second win of the season with a 112-63 victory over Longwood in the first game of the Continental Tire Las Vegas Invitational … the 112 points were the most ever scored by an Anderson coached team at Arkansas and was the first time any of his Razorback squads had eclipsed the 100-point mark … the 100-point game was the first time an Arkansas team had reached triple digits since the opening game of the 2009-10 season and gives Arkansas a 124-5 record in games in which it has scored 100-plus points … sophomore BJ Young led the Razorbacks in scoring against Longwood with 23 points in 20 minutes on 10-of-16 shooting, two rebounds, five assists and no turnovers … junior Coty Clarke picked up Arkansas’ first double-digit rebounding effort of the season with 10 boards in 16 minutes … six Razorbacks scored in double figures in the game despite the fact that no one player was on the court longer than 20 minutes … Arkansas forced 28 turnovers against Longwood, the most by a Razorback opponent since it forced Northwestern State into 29 on Dec. 27, 2008 … Arkansas turned Longwood’s 28 turnovers into 47 points and in two games is averaging 33.5 points per game off opponent turnovers … the Razorback bench has accounted for 90 points in two games or 45.0 per contest … Arkansas has a busy week in front of it as it plays Florida A&M on Tuesday night, Nov. 20, at 7 p.m. in Bud Walton Arena before heading to Las Vegas for games against Arizona State on Friday, Nov. 23, at 6 p.m., and either No. 22/20 Wisconsin or No. 15/13 Creighton on Saturday, Nov. 24, at Orleans Arena.
