FAYETTEVILLE - When competition begins Friday at the Randal Tyson Track Center in Fayetteville, it will mark the 11th time the University of Arkansas has served as the host of the NCAA Indoor Track and Field Championships. The national meet was held in Fayetteville for nine straight years (2000-08) before returning to the Natural State in 2010.

Known for its fast surface, the Randal Tyson Track Center is also the current home of 17 collegiate records, 12 American records, four world records and 12 of 20 NCAA Championship meet running records.
