FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. - With the start of the school year right around the corner, the University of Arkansas basketball team paid a visit to the Donald W. Reynolds Boys & Girls Club in Fayetteville for the fourth straight year to handout school supplies.
Over 250 kids filled the room to get book bags, pens and pencils, notebooks and other supplies from several Razorbacks. Joining members of the team and the coaching staff was former Razorback and current Oklahoma City Thunder wing Ronnie Brewer.
After giving out the school supplies, Brewer along with Director of Student-Athlete Development Scotty Thurman, sophomore Michael Qualls and sophomore Anthlon Bell all spoke to the students about the importance of being a good student.
