LITCHFIELD PARK, Ariz. – Arkansas men’s golf sophomore Taylor Moore and senior Sebastian Cappelen will head into Tuesday’s final round of the Patriot All-America just a few strokes back after a pair of even-par 70s on Monday at The Wigwam Golf Course.

Playing in the same group for the second straight day, both Moore and Cappelen stood at two-over par through 14 holes but both battled back to even-par with two birdies in their final four holes. Two of just seven players under-par out of a field of 84, Moore sits in a four-way tie for third at 68-70/138(-2), while Cappelen is in sole possession of seventh with a 69-70/139(-1) scorecard.

Moore is just two strokes back of leader Kyle Westmoreland of Air Force at four-under 67-69/139 and will play in the second-to-last group that will take the course at 10 a.m. Cappelen will tee off 10 minutes before Moore at 9:50 a.m. Live scoring is available at www.PatriotAllAmerica.com while updates on Cappelen and Moore’s final round can be found by following @RazorbackMGolf on Twitter.

Both Cappelen and Moore are playing in the Patriot All-America for the second time in the event’s three-year history. Cappelen is looking to defend his title from 2012, when he rolled in a 16-foot birdie putt on the 18th hole in the final round to win by one stroke.

The field of 84 that includes PING All-Americans from a year ago, top five finishers from last year’s event and AJGA All-America first team members that are now college freshmen. ESPN coverage of the 2013 Patriot All-America started with the Opening Ceremonies where the players were introduced with the bag they will carry during the tournament with the name of a fallen solder embroidered on the side pocket. MC of the proceedings was Brandel Chamblee of the Golf Channel.
