TEXAS DUAL MEET INFO
No. 7 Arkansas will welcome No. 1 Texas to Randal Tyson Track Center on Friday for the Arkansas vs. Texas Dual. The field events are scheduled to start at 6 p.m., while running events are slated for a 7 p.m. start. Full schedule of events can be viewed at the link above.

NEW BEGINNINGS
Friday marks the first time the two women’s teams will meet at the Texas Dual. The meet was started by the men’s program in 2010, becoming one of the hottest rival meets in college track and field. The women will join the tradition this Friday with their sight set on starting their own legacy.

WILLIAMS EARNS SEC WEEKLY HONORS
Following her collegiate debut at the Arkansas Invitational, Regine Williams was named SEC Runner of the Week. Both of her top-finish performances are ranked among the nation’s best, making a strong opening statement for the true freshman. Williams currently leads the SEC and NCAA in the 200-meter dash with a time of 23.37. In addition, her 60-meter dash time of 7.43 ranks 10th nationally.

WHAT TO WATCH: THE WILLIAMS
The sprints are led by a pair of Williams: Chrishuna and Regine. Junior Chrishuna Williams returns to the team this season as the defending SEC and NCAA Champion in the 4x400-meter relay. Regine Williams joins the Razorbacks as a true freshman, making a first impression by recording this season’s top NCAA time in the 200-meter during her first-ever collegiate event.
