FAYETTEVILLE - The University of Arkansas swimming and diving team earned a No. 22 ranking in the latest Division 1 College Swimming Coaches Association of America poll.

The ranking was released after the Razorbacks defeated Rice 207-86 and Clemson 230-19 in a double-dual meet at the Arkansas Natatorium last weekend. The meet was highlighted by Razorback wins in 14 events, including the first NCAA zone-qualifying scores for two Arkansas divers.

Poll rankings are based on team performances in dual meets and invites, and the voting committee includes nine CSCAA-member coaches and one media member. Arkansas represents one of seven SEC schools included in the national poll.

The No. 22 Razorback swimming and diving team will host Kansas and Vanderbilt at 11 a.m. at the Arkansas Natatorium on Saturday. The double-dual is the last home meet of the season for the Razorbacks. The meet will also serve as Senior Day, and the team will celebrate seven competing seniors in a ceremony that will preface the races.
