Fresh off of its final bye week, @RazorbackWBB is continuing to finish the season strong. After a win over Alabama, the Hogs welcome Vanderbilt to Bud Walton Arena tonight. This game is pivotal if Arkansas wants to keep its NCAA Tournament hopes alive (and if you talk to head coach Tom Collen, that's exactly what the team is trying to do.) One thing's for sure, this team still has its eyes set on March.

The Commodores enter tonight's game in a tailspin. They've lost three in a row and five of their last six. We're talking about a team that has been dancing each of the last 11 years. Melanie Balcomb, Vandy's skipper, is going to be looking to snap this skid with authority.

Here's what the Hogs have to do to make sure that doesn't happen:
- Limit Christina Foggie. The SEC's leading scorer is versatile and strong. The Razorback coaches refer to her as a scoring machine. She's averaging 19 points per game and is shooting 47-percent from the field. Don't be surprised to see the senior blanketed by Keira Peak and Kelsey Brooks, Arkansas' best stoppers.
- Defend the arc. One thing Vanderbilt does is drain the three. How good are the Commodores from the outside? They're shooting 41-percent from deep on the season, good for fourth in the nation. The Hogs' three point defense has been one of the team's fortes, so watch for how many of Vandy's bombs are going in tonight.
- Let the young Hogs eat. Brooks is coming off a career high 20 point performance last game and McKenzie Adams finally got her stroke back, draining three of four three-pointers. If Arkansas comes away with a win, it will be partially because these freshmen took an integral role on the offensive end.

FUN FACT FOR THE GAME
The University of Arkansas' libraries house over two million volumes of books. Sounds like a lot, right? Well, it is. However, the largest college library in the country belongs to Harvard University, whose combined holdings total a whopping 18.9 million volumes.

Jeri and I will join you for the Razorback Courtside Show at 6:45 this evening. We'll preview the matchup and have an exclusive pregame conversation with head coach Tom Collen, leading up to a 7 P.M. tipoff between Arkansas and Vanderbilt.

If you can't make it to Bud Walton Arena, here are our affiliates: KOSM-FM 92.1 in Northwest Arkansas; KURM-AM 790 in Rogers; KFPW-FM 94.5 and 1230 AM in Fort Smith; and KABZ-FM 103.7 in Little Rock.

In the words of the legendary Charles Osgood, "I'll see you on the radio."

Go Hogs!
