FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. – The University of Arkansas men's track and field team is ranked No. 2 in the U.S. Track and Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) National Computer Rankings, as announced on Monday. The Razorbacks are coming off their third-straight Southeastern Conference Indoor Championship this weekend.

The No. 2 Razorbacks drop out of the top spot for the first time this season, after leading the field through the entire regular season. Florida moves up to the No. 1 spot, with Texas A&M behind Arkansas at No. 3. Oregon comes in at No. 4, while Wisconsin rounds out the top five this week.

Full USTFCCCA National Rankings can be found here.

At the SEC Championships, the men crowned three individual champions in Anthony May (high jump), Raymond Higgs (long jump) and Solomon Haile (5,000-meter) on their way to their third-consecutive indoor title, ninth-straight conference title including cross country and outdoor track and field. Arkansas brought home three individual titles and five silver medals from College Station.

The Razorbacks will spend the next two weeks gearing up for the NCAA Indoor Championships, chasing their second-straight national title. The 2014 NCAA Indoor Championships will take place in Albuquerque, N.M., hosted by the University of New Mexico.
