FAYETTEVILLE - The No. 16 University of Arkansas gymnastics team will compete in Session I of the 2014 Southeastern Conference Championship on Saturday, March 22, in Birmingham, Ala., at the Birmingham-Jefferson convention Complex. Session I is slated for a 2:05 p.m. start.

Session I of the SEC Championship will feature seeds No. 5 through No. 8 in the conference, the top four seeds will compete in Session II of the meet which is scheduled to begin at 6 p.m.

During the SEC Championship Weekend, regular season SEC honors will be announced including the SEC Gymnast, Freshman and Scholar-Athlete of the year in which Arkansas has nominated a gymnast. Additionally, after both sessions have concluded the league will honor the top finishers for each of the events and the All-SEC teams will be announced.
