AUSTIN, Texas -The No. 1 Razorbacks brought home two more event titles on day three of the Texas Relays, high jump and the sprint medley relay.

It was a successful day in the field for the No. 1 Razorbacks, with Noah Kittelson (7-1) and Dwayne Golbek (6-11.75) taking the top-two finishes in high jump, respectively. Ken LeGassey's clearance of 6-10.75 was good for a fifth-place finish as the Razorbacks took three of the top-five spots.

The threat of inclement weather caused an hour delay, but the Razorbacks picked up where they left off, going on to win their second event of the day in the sprint medley relay. Curtis Brown, Travis Southard, Eric Janise and Tomas Squella pulled together for the team's second title, third of the meet. Rounding the final turn, Squella passed LSU within the last 100 meters for the win with a time of 3:18.57.

The final day of competition can be followed here, and on Twitter - @RazorbackTF.

@RazorbackTF Quick Hits
> Golbek was a late entry into the section B high jump, making a statement with a 6-11.75 clearance for a second-place finish out of the 21-athlete field. It was his first top-two finish since he last won the event at the Texas State Elite (3/23/13) last season.
> Kittelson's first-place mark of 7-1, just missed his personal-best of 7-1.5 set at the John McDonnell Invitational on April 21, 2012.
> The sprint medley relay team's winning time of 3:18.57 ranks No. 10 all-time in Arkansas history. The Razorbacks trailed until the final 50 meters of the race, when Squella passed LSU for the comeback.

Quotes
Dwayne Golbek (HJ, 6-11.75) on his second-place finish...
"I was entered late as the 21st competitor and came out with a second-place finish. It felt good. You never know what to expect with the first meet of the season. It was great to be able to come out to compete today and give it my all. Coach Geopfert tells us to focus on the process, that's what I did, everything just came together."

Tomas Squella on the anchor led of the sprint medley relay...
"
I was way behind the guy from LSU, like 50 meters behind, so I wasn't sure if I'd catch him. But I just did my job and when I saw he started slowing down in the final 200 meters, I picked it up."
