@RazorbackMTEN Faces LSU in 1st Round of SEC Tournament

NASHVILLE, Tenn - For the second time in five days, Arkansas will face the Tigers as the Razorbacks open the 2014 SEC Tournament against LSU at 11 a.m. on Wednesday in Nashville, Tenn.

The Razorbacks (13-15, 3-9) defeated the Tigers (12-13, 2-10) on Sunday to take sole posession of the twelve-seed, notching a 4-1 vicotry at home on Senior Day to close the regular season victorious. Arkansas' seniors went a perfect 2-0 in doubles play and, behind singles wins from senior Manfred Jeske, freshman Johan den Toom and the clinching victory from sophomore Santiago Munoz, Arkansas closed their first three-win SEC season since 2008 under first-year head coach Andy Jackson.

The winner of the Arkansas-LSU match will advance to play the No. 5 seed Mississippi State on Thursday. The attached SEC Tournament bracket PDF includes times, sites and pairings for each matchup throughout the week.
