FAYETTEVILLE - The University of Arkansas women's tenis team celebrated another successful year in the classroom this season by earning a 3.202 GPA for the 2013-2014 Academic year.

The team started out the year by earning a fall GPA of 3.192 behind the efforts of six Razorbacks who were named to the Razorback Honor Roll of the Academic Champions List. The Razorback Honor Roll consists of student-athletes whose GPA's are from a 3.00 to a 3.49. Razorbacks Brittany Huxley, Sarah McLean, Kristen Mee, Yang Pang and Kimberley Surin were named to the Razorback Honor Roll. While Flavia Araujo was named to the Academic Champions List with a perfect 4.0 GPA, which was also a personal best for her.

In the spring, the Razorbacks earned a team GPA of 3.211 for the semester while six Razorbacks were named to the Razorback Honor Roll or the Atheltic Director's List. Kristen Mee, Sasha Shkorpeieva and Kimberely Surin were named to the Razorback Honor Roll. While, Araujo, Huxley and Pang were named to the Athletic Director's List with GPA's of 3.50-3.99.
