The Arkansas swimming and diving program has enjoyed a rich tradition of record-setters, conference champions and numerous all-Americans throughout its 30-year history. In 2004, swimming head coach Anne Goodman James and the Lady Razorbacks finished seventh place at the Southeastern Conference Championships and 27th place at the NCAA Championships. The Lady’Backs finish at the SEC’s was the highest mark recorded since Arkansas joined the SEC and the team’s best finish in the NCAA’s since 1990-91. 2004 also a highlight for the Lady’Backs as senior Zsuzsa Csobanki competed for Hungary in the Olympic Games in Athens, Greece.
