Arkansas-Northwestern State postgame notes

RELATED LINKS
•    Arkansas improves to 4-0 with the win, while Northwestern State is now 1-1.
•    The Razorbacks are 4-0 to start the season for the second straight year and for the third time in the last five years.
•    Arkansas is now 233-70-1 in the month of February since 1960 and has won 14 straight games in February.
•    With the victory, the Razorbacks are 45-13 against members of the Southland Conference, including a 14-2 record against Northwestern State.
•    Arkansas recorded its first comeback win of the season tonight. The Razorbacks trailed at two different occasions, 4-0 after 2 ½ innings and 6-4 after 7 ½ innings.
•    Redshirt senior Tim Carver tied a career high with three hits in the game. Carver also recorded an RBI, a run scored and stole his fifth base of the season. For his career, Carver has 33 multi-hit games and 39 stolen bases.
•    Sophomore Dominic Ficociello recorded his second-consecutive multi-hit game, finishing with two hits and two RBI. Ficociello has 22 multi-hit games in his career and 16 multi-RBI performances. After going 0-for-7 in the first two games of the season, Ficociello has gone 5-for-8 with four RBI and three runs scored in his last two games.
•    Tonight’s game was the 150th game played in Bo Bigham’s collegiate career.
•    Arkansas and Northwestern State conclude their brief two-game series on Wednesday at 3:05 p.m. Razorback freshman pitcher Greg Milhorn is scheduled to make his collegiate debut, while the Demons are projected to counter with sophomore southpaw Andrew Adams.
