CAREER SUMMARY: Thomas has appeared in 34 games with 18 starts and made 145 tackles, including 8.0 for loss with 0.5 sack, seven interceptions, seven pass breakups, five forced fumbles and two fumble recoveries. His interception and forced fumble totals are the most among current Razorbacks.

2010: He started all 13 games for the Razorbacks and was named second-team All-SEC by the AP and to the Bronko Nagurski Trophy Watch List. He finished the season with a team-leading and career-high four interceptions, as well as a career-high 83 tackles, 5.0 for loss with 0.5 sacks, five pass breakups, four forced fumbles, two fumble recoveries and one blocked field goal. His interception total tied for seventh in the SEC and 39th in the NCAA, and his tackle total ranked 14th in the conference. He was selected as the FWAA/Bronko Nagurski National Defensive Player of the Week for his performance vs. Texas A&M. He also earned Jim Thorpe Defensive Back of the Week and SEC Defensive Player of the Week recognition for his performance against the Aggies, which included seven tackles, 0.5 for loss, one fumble recovery, one pass breakup and an interception in the end zone on the final play of Arkansas' 24-17 victory. Thomas made a career-high 14 tackles, the second-highest single-game total by a Razorback and the 13th-highest single-game total in the SEC in 2010, in UA's 38-31 double-overtime win at No. 22 Mississippi State. He made four tackles in the Razorbacks' season-opening 44-3 victory vs. Tennessee Tech and had four tackles with one forced fumble the next week in their 31-7 win vs. ULM. He recorded four tackles, 0.5 sacks, one interception and one pass breakup in Arkansas' 31-24 victory at Georgia. He recorded his fourth straight four-tackle performance and added one pass breakup vs. No. 1 Alabama. He recorded six tackles at No. 7 Auburn. He recorded eight tackles, including a career-high 2.5 for loss, in the Razorbacks' 38-24 victory vs. Ole Miss. He made seven tackles, all solo, and one interception in Arkansas' 41-20 win at No. 18 South Carolina. He had four tackles and one forced fumble in UA's 49-14 win vs. Vanderbilt. He had four tackles, one interception and one pass breakup in UA's 58-21 win vs. UTEP. Thomas made five tackles, 1.0 for loss, and one pass breakup in the Razorbacks' 31-23 victory vs. No. 6 LSU. In the Allstate Sugar Bowl vs. No. 6 Ohio State, he recorded 12 tackles, 0.5 for loss, two forced fumbles and one pass breakup.

2009: He saw action in nine games with starts against Missouri State, Georgia, Alabama and in the AutoZone Liberty Bowl against East Carolina. Despite missing four games, he was 14th on the squad with 32 tackles. He tied for the team lead with three interceptions, had a two-yard tackle for loss, forced one fumble and recovered a fumble. He was Arkansas' Outstanding Defensive Player in the Liberty Bowl win over East Carolina after recording nine tackles with a 37-yard interception return for a touchdown that tied the game in the third quarter. He had six tackles against Missouri State and five against Georgia with an interception and a half tackle for loss in each game. He had three stops against Alabama, Ole Miss and Troy, and two with a forced fumble and fumble recovery at No. 1 Florida.

2008: As a true freshman, he saw action in all 12 games with a start against ULM. He finished with 30 tackles, including 23 solo stops and two tackles for loss of five yards, and two pass breakups. In the opener against Western Illinois, he had a season-high five tackles, including one for a three-yard loss, and a PBU. In his one start, against ULM, he had four tackles, all solo stops. After making one tackle against Alabama, he did not have any statistics against Texas or Florida. He had two tackles at Auburn and three at Kentucky. He did not have any statistics against Ole Miss, but followed with a season-high-tying five tackles against Tulsa. At South Carolina, he had five tackles again, including one for a two-yard loss. He made three tackles at Mississippi State. He ended the year with two tackles and a PBU in the win over LSU.

HIGH SCHOOL: He had a standout prep career at East Chambers High School, earning 3,551 yards and 50 touchdowns rushing while racking up more than 2,900 yards passing and 25 passing touchdowns for coach Tony Valastro. During his senior season, he passed for 850 yards and seven touchdowns. On the ground, he rushed for 1,352 yards and 30 touchdowns. He also racked up 105 tackles and 11 interceptions as a cornerback. He was rated the No. 152 receiver in the nation by Scout.com. He chose Arkansas over Arizona, Baylor and Iowa State.
