Notes:
Arkansas played two games, an exhibition contest against LeMoyne-Owen that the Razorbacks won 111-45 and the season opener against Sam Houston State which Arkansas won 74-68 ... the Arkansas win was its 18th straight season opening victory dating back to the 1994-95 season ... in the season opener, three Razorbacks scored in double figures, led by junior transfer Coty Clarke who tallied 20 including 10 free throws ... along with Clarke, Marshawn Powell (14) and Hunter Mickelson (11)  also tallied double digit scoring ... the Razorbacks forced 19 turnovers in the game which led to 20 points ... the Razorbacks also had a positive assist-turnover ratio 16:9 ... Powell returned to action for the first time since he suffered a knee injury two games into the 2011-12 season and played a team high 28 minutes with 14 points and team high five rebounds ... junior Mardracus Wade went 8-of-10 from the free throw line ... Arkansas is off from competition until Sunday, Nov. 18, when it takes on Longwood University in the first game of the Continental Tire Las Vegas Invitational.
