Arkansas went 2-0 on the week, defeating Auburn on the road, 83-75, before returning to Bud Walton Arena to defeat the Missouri Tigers, 73-71 ... the Razorbacks rallied against Missouri after spotting the Tigers a 9-0 lead to begin the game, never letting their opponent to lead by any more and even took an eight-point lead in the second half before erasing a four-point deficit in the final 34 seconds ... Arkansas’ win against Missouri moved it to 3-4 against teams with an RPI in the top 50 (Florida, Oklahoma, Missouri) and 5-8 against the RPI top 100 ... against Missouri, Coty Clarke hit three three-point baskets matching his total for the 2012-13 season ... Arkansas picked up its first road win of the season at Auburn in its mid-week game ... the win at Auburn gave the Razorbacks their third straight win at Auburn arena and sixth straight victory against the Tigers, the longest winning streak by either team in the series ... the Razorbacks were led by Marshawn Powell and BJ Young this week who each averaged more than 20 points and shot better than 50 percent from the field ... Marshawn Powell moved into 24th on Arkansas’ all-time scoring list this week and now has 1,201 career points ... the Razorbacks continue to lead the SEC in turnover margin and rank No. 2 in the league in assists, steals and assist-turnover ratio for all games played and lead the league in steals and turnover margin for SEC only statistics ... looking back to the national statistics released on Feb. 10, the Razorbacks rank No. 2 nationally in turnover margin ... with the Razorbacks’ win against Missouri, Arkansas improved to 31-4 (.886) in Fayetteville with Mike Anderson as head coach, the best percentage by an Arkansas head coach since Eddie Sutton in the early 80s ... for the season Arkansas has forced teams into 451 turnovers (18.0 per game) and turned those into 548 points (21.9 per game) ... Arkansas is 4-1 in the month of February after going a combined 14-28 over the last four seasons in the months of February and March ... Arkansas returns to the court on Thursday, Feb. 21, when it hosts Georgia at 6 p.m. at Bud Walton Arena before going back out on the road to face No. 7/6 Florida at 6 p.m. on Saturday, Feb. 23.
