2011-12 Preview:
Strong defender on the ball … takes care of the ball at the point … named an honors candidate by Lindy’s Sports College Basketball preview … according to Coach Anderson “blue collar guy whose on-the-ball pressure is good, has a great eye for distributing the basketball and commands the respect and leadership of the team.”

2010-11 (Sophomore):
Improved his scoring, three-point shooting and rebounding significantly between freshman and sophomore seasons … more than doubled his scoring and hit 42 percent of his three-point shots … averaged 8.4 points, 2.8 rebounds and 2.97 assists … led the team in assists (92) and steals (35) … scored in double figures 11 times … ranked 11th in the SEC in assists per game (3.0) and … scored a career high 19 points and three three-point baskets against Seton Hall ... scored 16 points including hitting 10-of-10 from the charity stripe, mostly in the closing moments, against Auburn while grabbing a career best seven defensive and eight total rebounds ... made a career high four three-point baskets against Texas-Arlington on his way to 15 points ... then career high six defensive boards against South Carolina and then career high tying six total rebounds ... season best eight assists to just three turnovers in win over Tennessee ... scored 12 points and grabbed five rebounds against No. 25 Texas A&M ... played 30 minutes, scored 10 points, dished four assists and had just one turnover against No. 22 Kentucky … Athletic Department Honor Roll (3.0-3.49) during spring semester.

2009-10 (Freshman):
Started the first 14 games of the season … averaged 4.0 points, 1.7 rebounds and 2.6 assists … ranked second on the Razorbacks in assists (74) and steals (34) … 1.5 assist-turnover ratio … played all 40 minutes against No. 20 Louisville with seven assists and three turnovers … scored a career best 17 points against Morgan St. on 57% shooting and eight free throws ... career best 11 assists vs. three turnovers against East Tennessee State ... scored only two points but played tireless defense in road upset of No. 18 Ole Miss with two steals and two assists in the game ... made four steals and scored six points against Georgia in the first round of the SEC Tournament.

In High School:
Led Callaway High School (33-6) to the Mississippi Class 4A and overall state championship … finalist for the state’s Mr. Basketball award … averaged 20.9 points, 6.3 assists and 5.1 rebounds … ranked No. 46 point guard in the nation by ESPN … earned his team’s best defense and best offense awards as a senior … team captain … earned the most assists award three years …  team MVP twice … averaged 11.0 points and 6.0 assists as a sophomore, and 13.0 points and 7.0 assists as a junior … signed with the Razorbacks after also receiving offers from Florida State, Baylor, Wichita State, Alabama-Birmingham, Tulane and Georgia State.
