HIGH SCHOOL/CLUB: Mayfield swam for the Alamo Area Aquatics club in San Antonio, Texas. She participated in the Speedo Junior Nationals from 2010-12. She also swam in the 2012 U.S. Olympic Swimming Trials. Mayfield is the current record holder for 12 events at Smithson Valley high school.

PERSONAL: Anna Kathlene Mayfield was born on June 9, 1994 to Kenneth and Jolene Mayfield in San Antonio, Texas. She has one sister, Sarah, and a brother, Jacob. Mayfield is majoring in accounting.
