College Station, Texas- The No. 46 University of Arkansas men’s tennis team fell at No.11Texas A&M 7-0 on Sunday afternoon. Arkansas record moves to 11-8 for the 2013 season.
Arkansas just couldn’t get going against the Aggies on their home court dropping the doubles point to begin the match.
“The match was closer than the score shows,” head coach Robert Cox said. “I am super proud of these guys for fighting through the entire match and not giving up after dropping the doubles point. I was very encouraged by our Hog spirit.”
Arkansas is back in action on Tuesday at 9 am when they play UT Pan American in College Station, Texas.
“We look forward to getting back on the court as soon as possible and fortunately we get to take on Pan Am on Tuesday,” Coach Cox said.
