WINDERMERE, Fla. – The No. 15 University of Arkansas men’s golf team concludes its fall season this week at the Isleworth Collegiate Invitational, contested at Isleworth Country Club in Windermere, Fla., Sunday through Tuesday, Oct. 21-23.

The Isleworth caps a difficult fall schedule for the Razorbacks and could be the toughest tournament played thus far as Arkansas is one of eight top 25 teams make up the 15-team field.  Scheduled to play at Isleworth are No. 1 California, No. 2 Texas, No. 5 Florida, No. 6 New Mexico, No. 8 Alabama, No. 13 LSU, No. 14 Vanderbilt and No. 15 Arkansas.  Non-ranked teams in the field include Augusta State, Central Florida, Illinois, Indiana, North Florida, Texas Christian and Texas Tech.

The Arkansas lineup will look slightly different this week than it has all season.  Senior Austin Cook leads the pack and he will be joined by juniors William Meason and Joe Doramus and freshmen Taylor Moore and Nicolas Echavarria.  Cook leads the team in stroke average at 73.36 and Doramus has played well in each of Arkansas’ last two tournaments.  Meason is playing in his first event of the 2012-13 season while Moore and Echavarria are playing in just their fifth collegiate tournaments.

Arkansas is paired with North Florida and Florida for the first round of action at the par 72, 7,544-yard Isleworth Country Club Course.  The three squads will begin their first rounds at 8:50 a.m. from the first tee.
