2013 (Sophomore)
Named an all-tournament performer at the Razorback Invitational...hit .385 to go along with 2.33 k/s during the two-day event...posted career-high nine kills in five-set win at Kansas...registered career-best .462 hitting percentage (7-1-13) in four-set win at Tulsa...established a career high with 10 total blocks in just three sets against Texas State...first Arkansas player with double-digit blocks since 2010...seven matches with at least six total blocks during the year.

2012 (Freshman)
Made her collegiate debut with a kill against Houston Baptist at the Razorback Invitational...had two kills in the next match against ULM...tallied a kill against Texas A&M in first career SEC appearance...also saw time in home matches against Tennessee, Alabama, Kentucky and Georgia...picked up first career dig in appearance at Texas A&M...came off the bench to register first career block during five-set win over Kentucky...added a block in regular-season finale at South Carolina...saw action in NCAA Tournament against Wichita State.

Prior to Arkansas
Morgan played for Har-Ber High School where she played for former Razorback standout Kele (Brewer) Luigs who is an assistant coach for the Wildcats. During her senior season, Morgan led her team to the state tournament quarterfinals and went on to earn All-Tournament and All-State accolades. She also earned national recognition by collecting Special Mention honors with the release of PrepVolleyball.com's 2011 High School All-Americans. Morgan was also a 2011 Senior Ace as one of the top high school seniors in the country. In her final high school performance, she was named the Most Outstanding Player for the West at the 2012 AHSCA All-Star match. Morgan played her club ball for Ozark Juniors.

Personal
Born July 8, 1994, Summer La'Joyce Morgan is the daughter of Carlos Morgan and LaTonya Turner, and is a native of Springdale, Ark. She has one younger sibling, Austin, and is enrolled in the Fulbright College of Arts and Sciences as a broadcast journalism major.
