Peak nominated for Capital One Weekly Award

FAYETTEVILLE -- University of Arkansas junior Keira Peak is a Capital One Impact Player of the Week nominee.

Peak posted her first career double-double with 17 points and 14 rebounds - also career highs - leading Arkansas to an overtime win at Tulsa.

Peak is averaging 12 points per game and 10 rebounds per game in the first two contests.  She was instrumental in helping the Razorbacks rank eighth in the nation last year in scoring defense and will be relied on to score more this season.
