PLAYER OF THE GAME:

Sarah Watkins is the Player of the Game for the Hawai’i win.  Watkins came off the bench and tied her career-best with 25 points leading Arkansas to the 83-68 win in Honolulu.  Watkins was 11-16 and 3-4 from the line in 27 minutes of play.  She also had three rebounds.

 

TURNING POINT OF THE GAME:

With six minutes to play in the first half, Arkansas got three consecutive steals and forced the ball out of bounds a fourth time.  Although Arkansas did not score, the Razorbacks changed the momentum swinging it firmly to the home team’s side.

 

STAT OF THE GAME:

The stat of the game has to be shooting percentage.  Arkansas shot 50 percent making 31-62 for the game.  The Razorbacks were 17-28 in the second half shooting 60.7 percent in the final 20 minutes.
