FAYETTEVILLE – The University of Arkansas women’s basketball team hosts No. 10/8 Kentucky Thursday at 7 p.m. in Bud Walton Arena.

The promotions for the game game include free pizza for Razorback students, women's basketball koozie and it is Greek Night.

The Razorback women’s basketball team earned a 1-1 split on a road trip through Mississippi State last week. The trip started with a road victory on Thursday with a 77-66 win over Ole Miss. Senior Sarah Watkins had a career night, shooting 11-15 from the field and 6-7 from the free throw line en route to a career high 28 points. Arkansas had four players in double figures for the first time in SEC play, and shot 48.4 percent from the field, their highest percentage in SEC play. On Sunday, the Razorbacks rallied from a 10 point halftime deficit, but fell 47-44 to Mississippi State when a Dominique Wilson three-pointer at the buzzer rimmed out.

Kentucky is 19-3, 7-2 in the SEC. The Wildcats have lost two of their last three games after starting 18-1. UK is outscoring opponents by 23.9 points per game, the leading scoring margin in the SEC. They also lead the SEC in steals (12.3) and turnover margin (+9.2).
