Basketball Fan Guide
The 2012-13 Basketball Fan Guide is now available for fans at ArkansasRazorbacks.com. The guide provides helpful information on parking, shuttle service, prohibited items, an arena diagram as well as arena information and amenities.

Arena Access
Public Will Call is located at the South entrance and opens ninety (90) minutes prior to tipoff.  All public doors open ninety (90) minutes prior to tipoff for men’s basketball and 60 minutes for women’s games.

Concession Stand Upgrades
Sodexo now has the ability to accept credit card payment at all permanent concession stands throughout the stadium. Fans may use their Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Diner’s Club, and JCB credit cards. Debit cards are also accepted provided they are set up to scan as a credit card transaction that does not require a P.I.N. code.

Arena Bag Policy
This policy reflects the university’s ongoing commitment to recommendations from the Department of Homeland Security. “Bags are not permitted except those bags required for child care or medical conditions, and purses no larger than 14” long (side-to-side) x 10” wide (front to back) x 10” deep (top to bottom).  All purses allowed into the arena will be searched.  Containers measuring 14” long x 10” wide x 10” deep will be placed at each entry to Bud Walton Arena. Purses that do not fit into the container will not be permitted inside the arena.”

E-Tickets
Razorback E-Tickets, a customer friendly interactive digital ticketing solution, has been implemented for the 2012-13 University of Arkansas basketball season. With the change to digital ticket scanning, Razorback basketball fans will benefit from the heightened protection against counterfeit tickets and can take advantage of new digital ticketing services including print-at-home single game tickets and ticket transfers for season ticket holders.  Bud Walton Arena, like many other college and professional venues, will scan all tickets using a bar-code on each ticket to verify admission. Scanning will identify counterfeit and stolen tickets and provide improved security and service. Help windows will be located in the arena to help fans with any ticket scanning issues or to answer questions regarding the new technology. It is recommended that fans plan on arriving earlier than normal to avoid any delays in entering the arena in the initial implementation of the new digital ticketing system.

Camera Policy
Point-and-shoot cameras are permitted inside the arena.  Professional camera equipment or cameras with long telephoto lenses (exceeding 6”) and video cameras are prohibited inside the arena.  No flash photography is allowed.
