AS A REDSHIRT JUNIOR (2012-13): Coming off of his red-shirt season Thomason posted a singles dual record of 10-1 for the Razorbacks. Thomason also had an outstanding fall season taking the Louisville Invitational flight C championship where he won three straight and defeated Alabama's Honorio Fernandez. Thomason also partnered up with fellow Razorback Santiago Munoz to win the Louisville Invitational doubles tournament flight B.

AS A JUNIOR (2011-12): Thomason redshirted for the 2011-12 season. 

PRIOR TO ARKANSAS: Thomason was a two-time All-American at Tyler Junior College in Tyler, Texas. In 2010, he was a member of the National Junior College Athletic Association national co-championship team, and also was the ITA Junior College doubles champion. During his second year, Thomason led TJC back to the finals where the Apaches finished second in the nation. He and partner Javier Perez also finished second in doubles, leading Tyler to a 15-5 record in 2011 and a 14-4 mark in 2010 to coincide with the tri-national championship. Coached by John Peterson at TJC, Thomason finished the 2010-11 season with an ITA singles ranking of No. 42 and a doubles ranking of No. 14. 

PERSONAL: An Amarillo, Texas native, Thomason played in numerous prestigious and competitive tournaments and was consistently ranked in the top 20 in all age groups. He is the son of Seth and Susie Thomason and has an older sister, Erin. He is an engineering major at the U of A.
