Razorback gymnastics featured in the news

FAYETTEVILLE - The University of Arkansas gymnastics team was featured in the local news with a preview of the 2013 season.

Co-Head Coach Rene' Lyst sat down with Kelly Kemp of KFSM to do a preview of the upcoming season. Junior Katherine Grable, senior Kelci Lewis and sophomore Stephani Canizaro, were also featured.

Grable is entering the season a four-time All-American, earning first-team honors on the balance beam and second-team honors on the vault for the 2012 season. Lewis earned a career-high score of 9.90 on the vault at the Super Six competition during the National Championship meet. Canizaro earned the first All-America honor of her career on the floor exercise as a freshman last season.

The 12th-ranked Razorbacks begin the 2013 season this Friday at home against #11 Georgia in Barnhill Arena at 7 p.m.
