Tryout Date Set for August

FAYETTEVILLE- University of Arkansas head coach Mike Larabee has announced a one-day walk-on tryout for those interested in playing for the Razorback softball team. This will be the only tryout offered for the 2012-13 season. The tryout takes place Wednesday, Aug. 22nd at Bogle Park at 4 p.m.

Interested athletes must have proof of a physical administered within the last year, a copy of a current insurance card and a participation release form from UA athletic trainer Dawn Didier. Please contact her at ddidier@uark.edu to get the proper forms needed to participate in the tryout. Athletes will not be allowed to tryout without full consent from UA's training staff.

Tryout participants must come equipped with their own bat, glove and softball workout apparel.
