NORWALK, Calif.  – The No. 1 Arkansas women’s track and field team opened their three-day weekend campaign Thursday evening in Norwalk at the Mt. SAC Relays.

Mt. SAC Relays
Razorback junior Logan Bishop took on the first collegiate 10,000-meter run of her career and earned a season’s best time of 37 minutes, 47.2 seconds in the open B section of the event at Cerritos College.

Day Two
Aptos, California native, Nikki Hiltz will open up Friday’s competition at the Mt. SAC Relays for the Razorbacks, taking on the 1,500 at 8:35 p.m. CDT

With her NCAA qualifying time in the 3,000-meter steeplechase already secured, Jessica Kamilos will compete in the 5,000 at Mt. SAC. Kamilos will be joined in the event by freshman standouts Sydney Brown and Devin Clark as they try and earn a ticket in the 5K to the first NCAA preliminary round of their careers.

Friday’s action at the Bryan Clay Invitational will feature four Razorbacks competing in the 1,500 including: Therese Haiss, Valerie Reina, Annika Sisson and Aubree Worden, beginning at 10 p.m. CDT.
