Stat of the Game

South Carolina entered the game averaging 100.1 rushing yards allowed per game in 2010. Knile Davis had 103 rushing yards with 5:39 left in the third quarter and finished with 110, his second career 100-yard rushing game. Davis also scored three rushing touchdowns, tying Auburn’s Cam Newton for the most scored against the Gamecocks in 2010.

Ryan Mallett connected on a 4-yard scoring pass to Cobi Hamilton in the first quarter before Zach Hocker made a 41-yard field goal and Knile Davis scored on a 2-yard rush in the second quarter. Davis added a 1-yard touchdown rush in the third quarter, and Mallett scored on a 1-yard rush in the fourth. Arkansas is now 29-for-32 (.907) inside the Critical Zone this season

Ryan Mallett moved into third on UA’s career total offense list with 6,309, passing Quinn Grovey (6,242). Mallett also moved into fourth on Arkansas’ career completions list with 418, passing Matt Jones (417)

Ryan Mallett has thrown for at least one touchdown in 21 of his 22 games as a Razorback. His scoring pass tonight was a 4 yarder to Cobi Hamilton with 10:19 left in the first quarter. Mallett has thrown for 56 touchdowns in his career, 49 at Arkansas. Hamilton grabbed his third touchdown this season and sixth of his career

D.J. Williams moved into a tie for fifth place on Arkansas’ all-time career receptions list with 135, passing J.J. Meadors (134) and tying Richard Smith. Williams also moved into 10th place on UA’s all-time career receiving yards list with 1,661, passing Mike Reppond (1,625) and J.J. Meadors (1,651)

Zach Hocker made a career-long 51-yard field goal, which is the longest by a freshman at Arkansas and longest for the Razorbacks since joining the SEC, with 1:18 left in the third quarter. The make ties for the longest by any player under Coach Bobby Petrino. It is the first 50-yard field goal made for UA since Todd Wright connected on a 50 yarder vs. LSU in 1992 and longest for the Razorbacks since Kendall Trainor made from 58 yards at Miami in 1988

Tramain Thomas recorded his third interception this season, which ties his single-season career high, in the third quarter. Greg Gatson made the first interception of his career in the third quarter, and Ross Rasner recovered the first fumble of his career on the final play of the game. Arkansas has now forced at least one turnover in seven of its last eight games and recorded two or more interceptions in consecutive games and three of the last six

D.J. Williams reached a single-game season high with 67 receiving yards

Joe Adams has made at least one reception in all 30 games of his collegiate career. He extended the streak, which is the longest active in the SEC, with a 12-yard catch in the first quarter

Cobi Hamilton set new single-game career highs with six receptions and 103 receiving yards, the first 100-yard receiving game of his career
