Baseball Alters Opening Weekend Schedule

FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. – Due to the threat of extreme temperatures and possible inclement weather on Sunday, Arkansas’ season-opening baseball series with North Dakota has been altered with a doubleheader now scheduled for Saturday beginning at 11:35 a.m.

The two teams are slated to play the series opener Friday afternoon at 3:05 p.m. as originally scheduled, before finishing the series with a doubleheader Saturday beginning at 11:35 a.m. with game two starting 30 minutes after the conclusion of game one.

Tickets to Sunday’s contest are null and void. Individuals who purchased single game tickets for Sunday’s game may exchange them for tickets to Friday’s series opener, Saturday’s doubleheader or future games at the Razorback Ticket Center, subject to availability. Season and suite tickets for Sunday are not valid and may not be exchanged for future games. Saturday tickets (Game 2) will allow fans admittance to both games of the doubleheader.
