Player of the Game
Jessica Jackson takes honors for this one, after she tied for a game-leading 18 points and added in 11 rebounds for the second double-double of her career and third of the season for Arkansas. The freshman has now reached double-digit scoring in 11 of the team’s 12 games this season. Jackson continues to pace the Razorbacks as the team’s leading scorer so far this season.
Play of the Game
McKenzie Adams provided the one-two punch to open both the first and second half for the Razorbacks and set an early tone. The freshman opened the game with back-to-back three-point baskets, only to later do the same exact thing to open the second half. Adams finished the night 6-for-8 from distance, racking up 18 points and tying fellow freshman Jacksonas the game’s leading scorer.
Stat of the Game
Adams is now 15-for-20 from three-point range over the last three games for Arkansas. The freshman recorded a season-high 22 points in the team’s win over Tulsa, Dec. 10.
