FAYETTEVILLE – Meet-action continued for Arkansas swim on day four of the 2014 Phillips 66 National Championships in the William Woollett Jr. Aquatics Complex in Irvine, California, Friday.
Arkansas took sixth in the women’s long course 4×200 relay with sophomores Anna Mayfield, Maddie Monroe, Rachel Stoehr and junior Lauren Jordan. Mayfield represented the Razorbacks as the lead off leg in the women’s 4×200 long course free style. Mayfield’s split (2:02.78) was a personal best and one of the competion’s top times.
Junior Nikki Daniels captured a new lifetime-best in the 50-meter long course breaststroke, with a time of 32.14.
Mayfield snagged a lifetime-best in the women’s long course 50-meter backstroke, where the sophomore swam a time of 30.71.
Sophomore Liz Braun competed in the 100-meter butterfly (1:03.06).
