The Razorbacks opened the season with Sunday’s 1-0 home win over Florida International and play Friday at Stephen F. Austin.
Following the FIU win, head coach Erin Aubry had this to say about sophomore forward Allie Chandler, who scored the game-winner:
"Her productivity is already increasing. Clearly she is becoming a bigger threat for us. That kid has endless potential."
Aubry also had this to say about senior goalkeeper Britni Williams:
"She has really embraced her leadership role on the team. She’s playing out of her mind right now."

Arkansas’ soccer team is on the road this week at Stephen F. Austin on Friday. Last year, the Razorbacks were 4-2-4 on the road for a winning percentage of .600. That record and winning percentage are the best for Arkansas since the 1996 club was 6-3 (.667).
In Sunday’s 1-0 season-opening win over Florida International, head coach Erin Aubry’s back line – defenders Kailey Anders, Melanie Foncham, Kelly O’Connor and Laurel Pastor, along with goalkeeper Britni Williams – played the entire 90 minutes.

Arkansas opened the season at home on Sunday with a 1-0 victory over Florida International. The Razorbacks, who are coming off consecutive winning seasons, have won four consecutive season openers.
Following the game, head coach Erin Aubry said: "We definitely took a step forward as a team and with our team chemistry in trying to reward each other on the field. That’s the message we were trying to send and we certainly did that."
