Csobanki Swims in Olympic Competition

FAYETTEVILLE-Zsuzsa Csobanki, a University of Arkansas senior swimmer, tied for 41st place in the 50-meter freestyle of the 2004 Olympic Games Friday morning. Csobanki, competing for the Hungarian team, was seventh in the sixth heat of the event with a time of 27.09. Lady Razorback head coach Anne Goodman James said she was pleased with Csobanki’s performance. “She did a great job in an incredible atmosphere,” Goodman James said. “She finished in the middle of the pack which is something to be proud of in the Olympic Games.” Csobanki qualified for the Olympics after winning the 50-free with a time of 26.47 at the Hungarian Nationals in Budapest.
