Final tune-up at Twilight meet

FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. – In a final tune-up before the SEC Championships, No. 8 Arkansas Razorback men’s track and field will host the Arkansas Twilight. Events will be contested Friday, May 1, with field events at 9 a.m. and running events at 6 p.m.

Live results and a live stream of Friday’s events can be found at ArkansasRazorbacks.com. A complete meet recap will be available at ArkansasRazorbacks.com shortly after the final event of competition.

Joining the Razorbacks in competition will be Barton County CC, Coffeyville CC, Iowa State, Johnson County CC, Kansas, Oklahoma, Oklahoma State, Rend Lake, UMKC and Wisconsin.

While most of the Razorbacks will compete in Fayetteville Friday, select members of the distance crew will travel for the Payton Jordan Cardinal Invitational at Stanford, Saturday, May 2. Senior Shawn Forrest will run the 10,000 meters while senior James Strang will run the 5,000 meters.
