FAYETTEVILLE – Razorback Foundation members have just one more week to sign their letter of intent and make their pledge in order to maintain their current seats as part of the new Razorback Seat Value Plan (R.S.V.P.). All pledges for the 2011 football season must be made and sent to the Razorback Foundation by March 1. Razorback Foundation members have received numerous notifications and mailings including a letter of intent and a pledge card.
Both the letter of intent and the pledge card must be completed, signed and sent to the Razorback Foundation with a postmark dated no later than March 1 to be valid.Due to the large volume of orders and the time needed to process the new seating priority system, those Razorback Foundation members that do not meet the March 1 deadline will face forfeiture of their current seating priority and may be assigned a new ticket location. In order to meet the time requirements of the R.S.V.P. process, the extended grace period on deadlines permitted in previous years will no longer be able to be extended. "Thousands of Razorback Foundation members have already answered the call to support our program and reserve their seats for the upcoming football season," R.S.V.P. Executive Director Chris Wyrick said. "We are very appreciative of those who have already stepped forward. We still have thousands of members who need to take action this week to ensure they maintain their tickets and reserve their seat locations."While in the past we have been able to occasionally provide some flexibility with meeting established deadlines, we are no longer able to accommodate late pledges or orders. We want to make sure everyone knows the importance of meeting the March 1 deadline so they can continue to enjoy Razorback Football in the same manner they have in the past."Razorback Foundation members who need to obtain a duplicate letter of intent or pledge card may contact the R.S.V.P. office at 1-800-982-HOGS (4647).
