FAYETTEVILLE – The University of Arkansas football team worked out Thursday afternoon as the third week of preseason camp continued. Assistant head coach and defensive line coach Charlie Partridge and linebackers coach Randy Shannon each met with the media after practice.
@CoachPartridge&discussed&the performance of the Razorbacks as the team encountered warmer weather on the day."It was good to get them in the heat," Coach Partridge said. "They did a good job handling it. They’re hydrated, they’re working to get their legs back and it was a good practice."
Coach Shannon&(@RLS2294) also met with the media and discussed the progression of the Razorback linebackers so far in camp.
"They’re doing well," Coach Shannon said. "Now, you see different offenses all the time and you see three tight ends, two tight ends, one tight end and it’s just adjusting all the time. Each week we practice to make it a game plan situation.&As&a group we’ve been handling it and doing some successful things."

Fans can join head coach&@BretBielema and the Razorbacks for the football kickoff luncheon on Friday at the NWA Convention Center in Springdale. Doors open at 11:15 a.m. The luncheon starts at noon and will allow fans the opportunity to share a meal with student-athletes and football personnel. For more details, click here.
