FAYETTEVILLE – The University of Arkansas football team was back on the practice field Tuesday as it entered itssecond bye week of the season.
Offensive coordinator and quarterbacks coach Jim Chaney met with the media after practice and talked about what the team is working on during the bye week.
"Today was a developmental practice," Coach Chaney said. "We played with a lot of the young kids and let them get most of the reps. It was good to see them get out there on the field. We will watch tape with them tomorrow and be able to critique their play."
Coach Chaney also talked about the goals they are wanting to accomplish during the bye week.
"We want tofirst have these young guys have the opportunity to go out and compete," Coach Chaney said. "We also want to make sure that the guys that are playing are getting an adequateamount of rest to be prepared forthe last two games. Later in the week we will start preparing for our next game against Mississippi State.
Kickoff for the Nov. 23 game against Mississippi State is set for 11:21 a.m. and will be televised nationallyby SEC TV.

Additionally, tickets for the Little Rock game can be purchased at the War Memorial Stadium Ticket Office, which is open Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
