Entering Thursday’s match, Norton and Leonas de Ponce are 7-2 this season and are in second place in the league standings. Valencianas de Juncos is 3-7 through the first 10 matches of the season. In their final collegiate season, Acosta and Norton led the Razorbacks’ offensive attack and helped lead Arkansas back to the NCAA Tournament for the program’s first appearance since 2006. For their season’s work, both were selected AVCA All-America Honorable Mention performers and received All-SEC honors–first-team honors for Acosta and second-team accolades for Norton.
